The villa stretches over 2 floors, plus loft, and 180 sq. meters, allowing plenty of personal space for residents. The villa sits on 1500m2 of private land. The main entrance leads to the first floor which faces the sea. The first floor consists of the living room, dining area, open kitchen, one bedroom (with double bed), and 1 bathroom. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor dining area and the living room provide an amazing opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean sea. The second floor consists of a very large loft with a double bed, an ensuite wc, and a single sofa bed. The ground floor 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bath tub, a separate shower room, and a separate wc.
