Im Haus findet man zwei Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit Dusche/WC. Vom Flur aus gelangt man in einen großen, offenen Raum mit Küche und Essbereich und weiter zum Wohnbereich mit Holzofen. Von hier aus gibt es drei Zugänge zu je einer Terrasse, überwiegend mit Ausblick über die Bucht von Aarhus. Sie können zum kleinen gemütlichen Hafen hinuntergehen und auf jeder Seite des Hafenbeckens kann gebadet werden.
