There is room for two people who want to enjoy a high-class holiday. And you are welcome to bring a small dog. Bed arrangement: 1 double bed. Large roof terrace with sea view:In addition to the view from inside the apartment, one of the highlights is also the private roof terrace, where you can relax with a view of the sea and the dunes. In addition to the roof terrace, there is also a balcony, which you can access from the lovely kitchen-dining room. There is parking at the villa, and everything is within a short reach. So get ready for relaxing holidays, where you can enjoy the sounds of city life mixed with the sound of the North Sea – pure holiday atmosphere in a class of its own all year round! The apartment is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property.
