The holiday flat is located in the dreamy, quiet Lockwitz district of Dresden, close to the former historic village centre of Lockwitz. The ambience of the renovated village centre invites you to take an evening stroll.The name of the holiday flat was deliberately chosen in reference to the former fruit pressing plant "Donath's Obstkelterei Lockwitzgrund", which was located here more than a hundred years ago.The Lockwitz valley with its historic mills also invites you to hike and explore. Hikes in nearby Saxon Switzerland are also always worth a visit. Further excursion destinations can be found at the end of the description.The property is easily accessible via the A17 motorway - exit Dresden Nickern or Heidenau.Public transport is within walking distance. The city centre can be reached by public transport in approx. 25 minutes.The living area is rounded off by the adjoining, large balcony which invites you to linger.The modern two-room holiday flat has a living room and bedroom, a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a cooker with ceramic hob and oven as well as a microwave.The spacious living area is furnished with a sofa bed with an additional sleeping function. This allows the flat to be extended for two more people. The living area is also equipped with a large LED TV (40 inch).The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC. A separate storage room/wardrobe in the flat offers additional storage space (e.g. for luggage bags). Laminate flooring is laid in the living and sleeping areas.
