Finally, there are 2 balconies, one of which is equipped with chairs and a garden table.In the urbanization we will be able to enjoy a community swimming pool, garden areas and a children's playground.The flat in Urb Nerea is located 1 km from the town centre and 3 minutes drive from the Puerto Azul beach.
