It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a wardrobe and private, partially covered balconies (2 m2 and 4 m2). The larger balcony offers a partial sea view.The living room has satellite/cable TV, WiFi, two pull-out sofas for one person each and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob, an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. There is air conditioning in the hallway to cool both floors. A hoover is also available in the flat and guests can also receive a baby cot and high chair on request!A private 15 m2 terrace with a dining table overlooks a quiet street. Guests also have access to a shared barbecue, an outdoor shower and a free car park in the courtyard.
