The pool area on the ground floor is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower and offers direct access to the sea for comfortable swimming. A communal laundry room on the ground floor includes a washing machine, washing capsules/detergent and an iron for guests' use.The apartment complex is located just 1 km from the town centre, a leisurely 15-minute walk along the coast. Nearby you will find a pebble beach with a beach bar as well as a basketball court and a beach volleyball court. Next to the complex, a diving centre offers lessons for beginners and guided dives for experienced divers. This centre is also home to one of the best restaurants in the region, serving a selection of traditional Mediterranean dishes. Free private parking is available and each room is air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.
