The "Strandpromenade" holiday flat is located on the 3rd floor of the "Atlantic" beach villa. The Binz beach promenade and the beautiful beach are right on the doorstep. Here you can (seasonally) use your own beach chair free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. There is a safe in the wardrobe in the hallway.Adjacent to the living room is a very well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with milk frother + additional coffee machine, toaster, kettle, high-quality porcelain, complete coffee and tea service, etc.).In addition, the flat has a shower room with bidet, hairdryer, make-up mirror and a beautiful south-facing balcony (table, chairs and parasol) and much more.Details:The holiday flat "Strandpromenade" is ideal for 2 people and was again certified with 4 stars by the German Tourism Association in 2023. Extra beds are available by prior arrangement.The holiday price includes all utilities (heating, water and electricity) and the beach chair on the beach (from May to September). The holiday price also includes final cleaning, bed linen and a towel package (one bath towel and two towels per person), a shower mat and a tea towel for a total of two people.The holiday flat has a baby cot with separate mattress and a height-adjustable high chair. The pier, the spa square and the centre with its many cosy street cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is also just a few minutes' walk away (approx. 500 metres).The Baltic seaside resort of Binz is one of the most popular spa and recreation resorts on the Baltic Sea and is also the largest holiday destination on the island of Rügen. The centre of Binz with its numerous shops invites you to go shopping or visit a café. Numerous restaurants await you in the evening. Binz also offers an extensive cultural and entertainment programme.
