Outside, you can swim in the shared chlorine pool that measures 9 x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.4 meters to 1.65 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with sun loungers and umbrellas where you can enjoy the sun after spending the day on the beach.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and offers a simple and modern style. Upon entering we find the main room that houses the kitchen - living room - dining room, equipped with TV, air conditioning and ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The extra guest can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom in the house has a shower. We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is located just 200 meters from Santa Ana beach. It is an ideal beach for families, since the water is shallow and there are a large number of services available, such as showers, bathrooms, rental of umbrellas and sun loungers. In Dénia you can see the castle built in the 11th century; the municipal market which is the perfect place to experience local culture and purchase a wide variety of fresh products; the Montgó Natural Park, which is a protected natural reserve located on the outskirts of the city, the ideal place for hiking and enjoying nature.

The swimming pool is open all year round. The hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
