This first-floor flat is approximately 100 square metres with a 50 square metre terrace.The flat has three entrances, two from the garden to the living room and one from the garden to the terrace and from there to the kitchen. Given the many interesting leisure activities offered by the town, it is not easy to decide whether to go out or stay comfortably at home with your own garden.Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating areas, as well as a changing room, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols, and access to a free beach.Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea.
