This apartment offers truly dreamlike exteriors. Not only does the impressive size of its terrace and its wonderful equipment to enjoy it shine, but also the impressive views of the idyllic waters of the Cala Mandia cove. Every day of your vacation you can have a delicious breakfast, enjoy the sun on the 6 sun loungers while contemplating the sea, and finish a morning or afternoon at the beach with a good outdoor barbecue. Ah! And best of all, the building offers direct access to the cove.
Inside, a relaxing atmosphere welcomes you. The living-dining room is perfect for everyone eating together and relaxing on the sofas, watching TV-SAT. Next you access the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook at home. Right here you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and two with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, complete the apartment. There is air conditioning in the living-dining room and bedrooms, as well as 1 cot and 1 high chair at your disposal. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator.
Cala Mandia is a coastal urbanization, belonging to Manacor, with one of the most spectacular coves on the island, which is located just 200 m from the apartment and has direct access to it from it. In the area there are bars, restaurants, some small grocery stores and other products, a bus stop, etc. For more services we recommend visiting Portocolom or Manacor. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.
