Outside of this property, you can relax in the garden contemplating the views, sunbathing on one of the 5 sun loungers, reading a book or cooling off in the 9 x 4m chlorine pool, which has a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.70m. It also has a porch with a barbecue with mountain views. Next to the house there is a second furnished porch. The interior of the house has 180m2 distributed on a single floor that consists of a living-dining room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. In a unique space you will find the spacious living-dining-kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The induction kitchen area has all the appliances and utensils to cook comfortably and the living room - dining room area, furnished with a sofa, table and chairs. It has a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and wardrobe. One has two single beds. The other two bedrooms have a double bed; one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. For the youngest members of the family, they have a crib and a high chair at their disposal. As for the bathrooms, one is en-suite for one of the bedrooms, another for the rest of the house, and the last one is located outside. The house has oil central heating. It is a rural house located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of ArtÃ, about 1.2 km. This is great because it will allow you to enjoy nature and tranquility, while having all the necessary public and commercial services nearby such as supermarkets, traditional bars and restaurants to try our delicious cuisine. It also offers easy access to Levante beaches such as Canyamel, which is the closest at about 12.8 km, and to dreamlike virgin coves. And if you are passionate about golf, there are several courses nearby, especially Golf de Capdepera about 7.6 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
