Inside, the cozy two-story house offers all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay. The living room has a beautiful fireplace, Smart TV and satellite channels, ideal for relaxing afternoons. The separate dining room is perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. The kitchen, fully equipped with an induction hob, offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The property has 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. On the ground floor you have a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. The upper floor is accessed by external stairs and there you have another bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. We can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you come with your baby and there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house.
Cala d'Or, on the east coast of Mallorca, offers a complete holiday experience. The stunning Cala Petita Beach is perfect for sunbathing and swimming in crystal clear waters. Upon arrival, the client will be asked for EUR 50 for keys. These 50 EUR will be returned to the client on the day of departure when the keys are returned to reception. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
