The integrated, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, a ceramic hob with extractor fan, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A separate WC with washbasin completes the offer.The first floor has three double bedrooms, an additional children's bed and two bathrooms with shower/WC and a washing machine. From the balcony you can enjoy a marvellous view.The outdoor area invites you to linger with a spacious, covered seating area directly in front of the living room. Here you can enjoy the impressive panorama of the lake and mountains. The spacious garden offers a garden table, a play and sunbathing area and a small paddling pool (D 300 cm H 60 cm), perfect for relaxing days outdoors.
