Outside this wonderful property you will find two large terraces with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area where you can relax sunbathing or enjoy in the company of your loved ones. On the ground floor terrace, you can also cook your favorite dishes thanks to the available barbecue. Keep in mind that being located in a town, the house has direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.
The interiors of this home are ideal to accommodate 3 families who wish to share their vacations together but at the same time have their privacy, since each floor of the house has its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a dining room with AC and Smart TV, a completely independent kitchen with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it comes to sleeping, on this floor there are two double bedrooms with AC, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. An extra bathroom, also with a shower, serves this floor. Using the stairs, you will access the two upper floors. In the first there is another dining room with AC, a second perfectly equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom with shower and AC. Finally, on the second floor, you will find a dining room open to the kitchen that has all the amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. From here you have direct access to the upper terrace. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. They can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that they will find in the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

For hiking lovers, Caimari is the perfect starting point to explore the mountains, as there are several hiking routes that start from the town and take you through forests and impressive landscapes. This town is known for its olive oil production and every year the traditional olive oil festival is celebrated, where tastings of all types of oils are offered as well as typical dishes of local gastronomy.
