Our Structure Casa Roberta placed in Capoliveri in loc.Madonna Delle Grazie, the flats of Casa Roberta are distant from the sea about 200 mt from the beach of Madonna delle Grazie, and only 5 minutes by car you can reach: Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata and are located on the south coast where you can admire the magnificent Gulf Stella that in clear days, you can see the island of Pianosa and Corsica. The Casa Roberta structure is near the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, in a quiet location not overcrowded with tourists and rich in greenery, a place where you can spend a fantastic, relaxing holiday. From the Casa Roberta flats, you can reach the centre of the village situated on a hill 2.6 km away, a 5-minute drive. You have to keep in mind that the seaside resorts of the municipality of Capoliveri are all on the coast and therefore to reach the village you have to move by car where our customers will find at their disposal in our other structure, Villa Calamita, a private parking space where they can park their car quietly without incurring nasty surprises such as the classic fine. Or from the Villa, for the less lazy and for those who love walking, you can reach the centre of the village in just 10 minutes by foot, taking the easy path from the Sanctuary.The flat I am proposing is Casa Roberta 1, a three-roomed apartment (4 pers.) composed as follows: -Double room -Double room with the possibility of combining beds. -Bathroom -Living room-Kitchen. -Tv/sat -Outdoor covered terrace with roll-up awning with sea view -Garden furniture -Roofed parking space and as I wrote above available to customers there is a parking space in the centre of Capoliveri in our structure Villa Calamita.Other sports and leisure facilities: Diving schoolSports facilities nearby: Fishing, Mountain biking, Bike tours, SnorkellingDescription of location: The flat is located in the municipality of Capoliveri in the small, quiet locality of 'Madonna Delle Grazie'. It is such a peaceful place that in the 18th century, this location was chosen as a refuge for Augustinian friars returning from the Island of Montecristo and for the hospitality they received, they erected the sanctuary where inside there is a very valuable table of which it is said that the draft design belonged to Michelangelo Buonarroti. The house, ideal for a couple and a family of four, is located two hundred metres from the 'Madonna Delle Grazie' beach, a pretty, small beach characterised by gravel mixed with sand where in the evening you can admire magnificent sunsets over the Stella Gulf. You can also reach the coast on foot, where there are small bays and inlets where you can relax in tranquillity. The property of Casa Roberta, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation and pine forests, hosts other accommodations of the Bartolini family, accommodations always in villas and in pretty flats of the Casa Roberta structure.
