The two flats have separate entrances, the garden and pool are shared.Important to knowThe pool is shared by both flats. If you are looking for more privacy, you should take this into account. There is a lovely fireplace in the living room, although it cannot be used at the moment as the chimney needs to be renovated.Nevertheless, the well-functioning heating system ensures cosy evenings - it warms quickly and creates a pleasant, soothing atmosphere.Room layoutThe upper flat offers space for four people. It has a large living area with balcony and two bedrooms. Thanks to fly screens on the windows, you can sleep wonderfully with the windows open even in summer.Location and connectionsCasa Rustica is only around ten minutes by car from Ascona. The nearest bus stop is around 300 metres away. Bars, restaurants and the lakeside promenade are just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to enjoy a holiday without a car.Activities and experiencesThe surrounding area is ideal for leisurely hikes with views of Lake Maggiore. Excursions to the pilgrimage church of Santa Maria Addolorata, to the Brissago Islands with their botanical garden or walks through the picturesque villages on the shores of the lake are popular.
