If you are looking for a lot of privacy by the water, you should take this into account. There is a lovely fireplace in the living room, although it cannot be used at the moment as the chimney needs to be renovated.Nevertheless, the well-functioning heating system ensures cosy evenings - it warms quickly and creates a pleasant, soothing atmosphere.Room layoutThe lower flat offers space for four people. It has a large living area with fireplace and terrace as well as two bedrooms. From the terrace you can enjoy a direct view of the greenery and the surrounding countryside.Location and connectionsCasa Rustica is only around ten minutes by car from Ascona. The nearest bus stop is around 300 metres away. Bars, restaurants and the lake promenade are just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to enjoy a holiday without a car. Thanks to the location, peaceful living in the countryside can be ideally combined with the amenities of the nearby towns.Activities and experiencesThe region offers a wide variety of activities: leisurely hikes to Ascona with views of Lake Maggiore, the climb to Sacro Monte, boat trips to the Brissago Islands or adventures in the Gordola rope park.
