Our lovingly furnished holiday home Hinterm Deich is approx. 50 m² in size and is situated in an absolutely quiet location just a few metres from the banks of the Schlei. The Baltic Sea with its beautiful beaches can also be reached in no time by car (10 minutes) or by bike (20 minutes). The absolute highlights of our small house are above all the wonderful atmosphere thanks to lots of indirect lighting, the south-west facing terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the sun into the evening hours, as well as the adjoining small garden and of course the magnificent fireplace in the living and dining area, which ensures warm and cosy hours even on cold days.THE SCHLEI - A wonderful holiday region...The 42 kilometre long Schlei is a so-called "estuary" of the Baltic Sea, which separates the two Schleswig-Holstein regions of Angeln and Schwansen. Back then, the Schlei was an important trade route for the Vikings. It stretches from the town of Schleswig, via Arnis and Kappeln to Schleimünde, where it finally meets the Baltic Sea. Today, the Schlei is known as a popular sailing and rowing area and offers a great variety for discoveries and is a popular holiday destination. Anglers also get their money's worth here.
