This elegant villa is located in a quiet street only 150 metres from the beach and is surrounded by small pine forests.From the living room there is direct access to the veranda, which is equipped with garden furniture. The large glass doors and windows ensure that enough natural light enters the living room during the day. The large living/dining area is equipped with a sofa, armchair, dining table with chairs and TV with digital terrestrial. A fireplace completes the cosy atmosphere. Facilities in the villa also include a washing machine and a hoover.It is only 150 metres from the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are about 800 metres from the house. Surfing and canoes can be hired on the beach. Other sports activities, such as tennis, football and table tennis, are also possible in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
