Down Town Apartments are situated in modern part of the town, in Dubrovnik's "downtown".
It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both the famous Old Town and popular beaches.
This one-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons.
It features free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and lovely furnished balcony with outdoor furniture and city view. Kitchen is fully equipped, fitted with refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, toaster, water kettle and dishwasher. Spacious living room has a flat-screen SAT TV, sitting area and sofa bed, while private bathroom comes with a bathtub, washing machine and hair-dryer.
Ironing facilities are at the guests disposal.
Apartments are located approximately 1,5 km from Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port, from whereyou can take one of many excursions to beautiful islands.
Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping center, cafes, bakeries, banks, post office and ATMs can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes.
Green market is only 850 meters walk away offering daily homemade fresh products. It is 2 km from Lapad Bay with its beautiful beaches.
Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 5 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.

Deze plek is een hele vibe! Super gezellig en ruim, plus dat balkon uitzicht is perfect voor de 'gram, 🏙️ Gratis Wi-Fi en een geweldige keuken maken het gemakkelijk om te ontspannen en wat snacks te maken, 📸
Ruime appartement met alle voorzieningen, Op loopafstand van zowel de Oude Stad als de stranden
De locatie kon niet beter! Slechts 20 minuten lopen naar de Oude Stad en dicht bij supermarkten, Het appartement was schoon en netjes, met alle essentiële voorzieningen, Geen klachten, Het was een rechttoe rechtaan en aangenaam verblijf
We had a fantastic stay at Down Town Apartments! The location was perfect for exploring Dubrovnik
Everything was just as described, The apartment had a good layout, and we loved having a proper kitchen, It made it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t want to eat out, The location was also ideal for catching buses to nearby attractions
Très bel appartement, propre et bien entretenu, La cuisine était entièrement équipée, nous avons préparé quelques repas et cela ressemblait à la maison, La marche jusqu'à la plage prenait environ 20 minutes, mais c'était une belle promenade, Les hôtes étaient sympathiques et serviables, nous ont fait sentir les bienvenus, J'y retournerais sans hésiter !
