This detached house is located in the small village of Botija, with less than 200 inhabitants, in Extremadura. The surrounding countryside offers numerous pastures and the river Tamuja is nearby.The 20 m² porch offers a second access to the street and has a table with chairs, a stone bench, a parasol and a barbecue.The house, dating from the 19th century, was completely restored and renovated in 2007 and still retains the traditional architecture typical of the area, with maximum comfort, which gives it its charm. There is a fishing spot about 3 km away and the nearest bathing area about 4 km. A tennis court and the nearest golf course are about 32 km away. The airport is about 150 km away.
