The exteriors of the property are designed so that you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate with all the comforts. On its terrace there is a 5x2.75m salt pool with a constant depth of 1.50m, perfect for cooling off. Being in the town, the house has direct neighbors. The interior of the three-story house, recently renovated, is tastefully decorated. In addition, it is designed for the rest and enjoyment of its guests. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook large dishes. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A sink completes this floor. Through stairs you can access the upper floors, where the large bedrooms and other bathrooms are located. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of them have A/C. On this floor there are two bathrooms with a bathtub, one of them en suite. Going up another flight of stairs you access the last bedroom, which has AC and access to a second terrace with a chill out area. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The beautiful south-east of Mallorca is a unique piece of the island, characterized by fine sand beaches, landscapes of singular beauty and the white salt mountains in Las Salinas. The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi, ideal for dining on fresh seafood or taking a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera, is close by.
