The 340 m2 rustic house distributed over two floors has five rooms, four of them on the 1st floor. Three rooms with two double beds and one room with a double bed and bunk bed; The fifth room is located on the ground floor and has a single bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, there are also two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one on the ground floor with a shower and one on the 1st floor with a bathtub.
There are two living rooms, one equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a small table, TV and a piano; and a living room-kitchen-dining room equipped with a sofa, a small table, a table with chairs, and a fireplace; The kitchen, in the same space and gas, has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is oil central heating throughout the house.
Son Mesquida is located 3 km from Felanitx where you will find all kinds of services at your disposal.
