Villa in Alaró met Zoutwaterzwembad & Uitzicht

The salt pool, measuring 8m x 4m and with a depth of 1.4m, is at the sole disposal of our guests and is surrounded by a terrace with eight sun loungers, sandwiched between pine trees. Here you can swim accompanied by the unique views of the Alaró Valley while the only sound you hear is the singing of birds. Several terraces invite you to rest, dream and dine outdoors. Those who do not want to give up sports during their holidays will find a ping-pong table, a foosball and a volleyball net. In the garden you can see stone statues and other works made by the owner, who is an artist. The plot is fenced and is an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and nature.

In the spacious air-conditioned living-dining room you can watch a movie on satellite television, listen to music or read your favorite book. In the typical Mallorcan kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a banquet, including a gas stove and a table with chairs. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor there is a toilet. If you travel with a minor, we provide up to two cribs and two high chairs. For family afternoons there are different board games for all ages.

Two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower, are on the ground floor. On the first floor there is another room with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub as well as a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Below everything, on the -1 floor you will find the games room with table football and ping-pong table, sofas and a bathroom with shower and gym machines. This accommodation invites you both in summer and winter as there are four fans for the hot season and central heating for the colder months.

Alaró is a romantic place in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains and ideal for lovers of nature and mountains. Alaró is famous for its castle that you can visit through a beautiful trail. Apart from this, the area is fantastic for cycling or walking routes, such as a visit to the dwarf town of Orient, the charterhouse of Valldemossa or the picturesque town of DeiÃ. In Alaró there is a grocery store, good restaurants and cafes.

Regarding the beaches, you can choose between sandy beaches in the south, such as Palma Beach, with fine sand, or the rocky coves in the mountains, including Port des Canonge and Cala DeiÃ. By car you can go to the Southwest and visit the beaches of Palmanova, Portals Nous and Illetes. In this part of the island you will find amusement parks such as Kathmandu and the Jungle Parc Junior forest acrobatic course. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
