Appartement in Font de Sa Cala bij Strand
This will be the perfect accommodation for two families who want to spend their holidays together while maintaining their independence at the same time, as it consists of two apartments: both on the first floor.
The apartments share the main exteriors, where there is the 8x8m chlorine pool, with a depth between 1.4m and 2m, the barbecue, and a porch with sofas and a large table where you can have a drink or eat with your companions. In addition, both apartments offer furnished terraces where you can enjoy eating outdoors.
Both apartments have a nice living-dining room with AC and sat-TV (in addition, one of them also has a fireplace). The kitchens have ceramic hobs, independent and are equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. In both homes there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, each apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with a fan. One has a double bed, while the rest have 2 single beds each. There are two bathrooms with a shower in each one. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
This property is located in Font de Sa Cala, a small urbanization halfway between Capdera and Cala Rajada, a great tourist destination on the island of Mallorca that offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. Just 500 meters from the house is the magical Caló des Carregador, ideal for enjoying the purest Mediterranean. There are also other beautiful beaches in the area, such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta. The area has a great nightlife and you can visit nearby places of interest such as the Artà caves or the Capdepera Castle.
Please note that there are neighbors on the ground floor. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
