On the ground floor of this charming villa, you discover a cozy living room with fireplace, Smart-TV and air conditioning, providing a perfect space to relax. The kitchen-dining room, equipped with a ceramic hob, invites you to memorable culinary experiences. A bedroom with a double bed, access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. Going up the stairs, four further bedrooms await, including one with two single beds and three with double beds, one of them with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and air conditioning. In addition, two additional bathrooms with shower ensure comfort for everyone. Please note that the second floor will remain closed. The separate laundry room features a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, completing the amenities of this exceptional residence. The house has oil heating. If you travel with children we can provide them with a crib and a high chair.
