The 40m² holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the three-storey residential house. Spread over two levels it has a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen on the lower level has a hob with two electric and two gas rings, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery. There is also a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Wide wooden stairs lead from the lower level up to the living room and bedroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a radio. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional single bed (90 x 190cm) for a third person. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection is free. The apartment has plenty of information material available about the places of interest and attractions in the area, including maps, tourist guides and information about restaurants, museums, bars and the nearby historical town of Zadar. The owner can arrange a rental car or guided tours through the national parks in the region (Plitvice, Krka, Kornati and Paklenica), as well as boat tours to the Croatian islands and camping on the island of Saharan.If you arrive by car, there is a parking space right in front of the house.
