The holiday home is in a quiet location in a small hamlet, about 1 km from a small village in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region.Outside, guests can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and the garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Wireless internet is available.The holiday home is an ideal base for exploring the Bordeaux region, as well as visiting Bordeaux (a UNESCO World Heritage site) or the Bay of Arcachon and the Dune du Pila on a day trip. Saint Emilion, with its vineyards and medieval town (a UNESCO World Heritage site), is also nearby. Many circular routes lead through important wine regions and châteaux, and the region is also rich in historic villages with castles and palaces. In the village, about 1 km from the house, you'll find all the shops you need for everyday needs, such as a grocery shop with bakery products, a tobacconist's and newsagent's, and a hairdresser. In Gensac, around 2.5 km away, you'll find restaurants, cafés, two doctors and a pharmacy.
