The front terrace continues as a unit on the side of the neighboring apartment. In the yard building, there is lockable storage for storing equipment and warm ski maintenance space. A golf course as well as outdoor and mountain bike trails are nearby. During the snow season, the northeastern slopes (Koillisrinteet) of the Levi skiing center are located within a hundred meters and the first snow ski trail also runs next to the house. From the first snow ski trail, you can easily ski the illuminated ski trails of the Levi tourist center, as well as the Levi circular ski trail. A marked snowshoe trail also runs right next to the house. The ski bus runs every half hour from Levi Golf to the center and from there to e.g. to the southern slopes (Etelärinteet). Services of the Levi tourist center are about 4 km away.
