The house is in close proximity (250m) to the bay of Kernic and the marvellous sandy beach of Porz Meur is in the immediate vicinity. A personal wellness and SPA area is available for you and your children - a large private indoor swimming pool (min 28°C) a beautiful 5 person Jacuzzi - the wellness area has its own toilet and shower and is directly attached to the house. It is a permanent indoor extension, both the hall and the pool are heated all year round. Brand new - a large 4-5 person Jacuzzi has been installed - a great addition to this beautiful house - this SPA area is also covered and heated all year round. There are now four bathrooms and shower facilities in the house! And the garden area in front of the swimming pool is fully fenced so that your four-legged friends can't "escape". NEW!!! Since 2022 there is a fourth shower in front of the POOL in the SPA area and there is also an additional toilet.The outstanding thing is that you are totally independent of the weather, and you can enjoy yourself even with a few raindrops or a slightly "stiffer breeze" in all seasons. The most beautiful sandy beach on the headland of Plouescat is "Porz Meur", approx. 800 metres from the villa, which invites you to swim and promenade, from where you also have a wonderful view of the huge dunes of Keremma.
