40 km north of Heinola, River Tainionvirta 15 m (length 30 km, width 0.02 km), deep mud shore and 2 jetties, own boat. Log cottage 1989, renovated 2008, living room-kitchen/lounge, bathroom, 2 porches. In upstairs (room height max 170 cm, sloping ceilings) bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom with 1 single bed and convertible sofa, in the lounge double bed. Air-conditioning. 2*TV Separate log-built riverside sauna and room with a fireplace (20 m²) 2005, to swimming shore 30 m, deep mud bottom (2 m deep in the end of jetty), jetty. Sauna, washroom with shower cubicle and WC. Room with fireplace has mini-kitchen, heat-storing fireplace and tv. Wood-fired grill as well as gas grill. Garage and storage building, 1 car space in garage reserved for those renting cottage. Owner rents out a hot tub for extra price. Very neat, high standard cottage on 1.3 ha plot on promontory. Nice view from cottage and from sauna to the river which is lake like. Yard has large lawn, sand, pathways with stone slabs and forest as well as trampoline. In regard to its scenery and location this is one of the best cottage options in Hartola! Opposite shore 0.3 km, 2 neighbouring cottages (holiday cottage exhibition was held in this area in 2004), public fishing jetty 0.5 km. 2 jetties belonging to cottage only. Cottage has a lot of open space indoors. Sleeping areas are upstairs. Wifi. Riverside sauna has patio and wooden walkway to jetty and riverside terrace. Public sandy shore especially suitable for children on Lake Jääsjärvi, 1,5 km. THE RIVER TAINIONVIRTA IS FINLAND’S SOUTHERNMOST TROUT RIVER! For separate agreement child's travel bed available. Note! Cottage price includes accommodation for 8 persons. For separate fee and argeement available 2 extra beds (in sauna building there is convertible sofa in fireplace room). These extra beds must be booked beforehand and paid on the spot. Note!
