Situated at the end of the small village of Crostau in Upper Lusatia (Saxony), approx. 60 km from Dresden, this house was built in 1926 and offers far-reaching views of the Porta Lusatia. On the ground floor there is an approx. 60 m² flat, which was completely gutted and modernised from top to bottom at the end of 2015. The flat is in a quiet location on a small road leading out of the village, where there is only occasional traffic. The garden of over 8,000 square metres, which borders directly on the landscape conservation area, offers you peace and relaxation. A private, furnished and above all quiet terrace with table and chairs is at your free disposal. It is also possible to use the free bread roll service for breakfast (charged according to the desired number of pastries). There is also parking space for your car on the property with its own driveway. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you for a fee. The entire property is fully fenced and your pet is welcome to roam freely everywhere. The bright and friendly flat has a living/dining room area with a pull-out sofa bed for a maximum of two children, a flat-screen TV with satellite TV and a wooden table with seating for four people. Directly adjacent to this is the open and modern fitted kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired. The separate bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m wide). The modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling glass shower and a rain shower, as well as a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. Heating is available throughout the flat.
