This detached house is located near a small bay and just a few kilometers west of the town of Korčula.On the north and south sides there is a terrace equipped with stone tables and chairs. The third room has two single beds. On the first floor there is a fourth bedroom with a balcony.The beach is only 100 meters away. The nearest shop is only 250 meters away. Restaurants are 70, 150 and 400 meters away. Korčula is four kilometers away.The property is located on a 5000m² plot with a garden. You can refresh yourself in the swimming pool and relax on the pool terrace. There are also parking spaces and a barbecue area that can be used at any time. There is also a small chapel on the property.
