The apartment has the own parking space with a wall outlet. Front slope, trails, spa, restaurants and other services are right next door. There is a café and some other shops on the lowermost floor of the building. The nearest bar and nightclub is in the neighboring building on the same street. Sounds may carry over, so please take this into account when choosing this apartment.
