This exceptional holiday house enjoys a romantic, rural location just outside the peaceful little village of Cristian, to the south-west of the medieval town Brasov in the hilly heath landscape of the Transylvania region and offers a luxurious starting point for going on long walks through the Carpathian Mountains or simply relaxing in an original landscape.In the outdoor area, you go past the outdoor kitchen and private grill area in the enclosed garden to the little house with a 3 x 7-metre heated indoor pool with an integrated jacuzzi, surrounded by comfortable loungers. A little stone stairway leads up to the games room with a table tennis table. A car is recommended during your stay and there are secure parking spaces on the enclosed site right in front of the house.The generous house built in the 18th century was carefully renovated into luxurious accommodation in 2010 and provided with all the necessary modern amenities, including air conditioning (cooling and heating) and a flatscreen TV with cable channels in all rooms, along with an alarm system for your security. The accommodation consists of a total of two buildings, the main house and a smaller annex housing the pool and play room. The two-storey residential house has a light and airy living room, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The original, solid wooden floors and wooden ceiling beams enhance the romantic rustic atmosphere in all the rooms. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a digital LCD flatscreen TV with cable channels and a USB port, a stereo system, a CD and DVD player. The open fireplace provides pleasant warmth for cosy hours on cooler evenings. The separate dining room presents itself like a knights‘ hall, with space for 16 people at the long table. The modern built-in kitchen in a rustic farmstyle is equipped with all the latest appliances, including a four-zone gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and even a coffee machine, and an additional dining table with chairs. There is a convenient bathroom on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with six bedrooms, a further seven bathrooms and a games room with a pool table. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, antique cupboards with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage, and of course flatscreen TVs. One of the bathrooms has a bath with a shower attachment, the other seven each have a shower cubicle. All of the bathrooms also have washbasins with wall mirrors and a toilet. Two cots and a highchair are available. Plenty of firewood is provided and the reliable Wi-Fi connection can be used free of charge in the villa and outside area.The little village Cristian was founded in the 13th century and is situated between the towns Brasov and Rasnov. Your holiday house is only about 200 metres from the nearest shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a tennis court about 200 metres away. There are many hiking and cycling paths nearby for exploring the varied mountainous landscape. 29913
