The house is located in Vico Morcote, about 10 km from Lugano, and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the surrounding countryside. Location: The house, built in 1960 and renovated in 2005 and 2024, is situated outside the village in a quiet, sunny hillside location in the villa district, about 600 metres from the lake. Shops and restaurants are just a few kilometres away. The area offers numerous leisure activities such as a golf course, tennis courts, hiking areas and sights such as Swiss Miniature and the Piazza Grande in Morcote. There is also a separate bathroom/WC with double washbasin. Outdoor area: The house has a large terrace with patio furniture, parasol, a seating area for six people, outdoor shower and barbecue. The terraced plot (500 m²) is surrounded by palm trees and offers an idyllic retreat. There is a 250v socket in the car park but no wallbox. Please note that a new detached house is being built on the neighbouring plot - completion of the interior work around summer 2025.
