Holiday apartment Lenko 1 Kožino is small and peaceful village by the sea, near Zadar, city ful of cultural and historical heritage. Kožino is ideal place for you if you need quiet and peaceful holidays away from crowded cities. Beaches are mostly stoned and natural. There are few good restaurants and small grocery store in walking distance in Kožino. Zadar is just few kilometres away from Kožino where you can find everything you need on your vacations like entertainment, bars, restaurants, cultural and historical monuments as well as modern atractions like Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun. Near Kožino, about 5 kilometres away is beautiful small town Nin, oldest city in Croatia.The private balcony in front of the living room with a table and chairs invites you to enjoy leisurely holiday breakfasts with a view over the sea.The 60m² holiday apartment on the ground floor consists of a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a comfortable sofa, a wide flatscreen TV and a round, wooden dining table with five chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a two-zone electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be pushed together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for one person. The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.Apartments are 50 metres from the sea, and nearest beach is about 70 metres.There are few good restaurants and small grocery store 500 metres from the apartment. Big grocery store is about 4 kilometres from the Kožino. Shopping centre is about 8 kilometres from the Kožino, as well as Old Town Zadar, about 8 kilometres away. In Kožino is possible to rent a boat, and there is Adventure park, interesting for children . There is also small playground for kids near the apartment. From Kožino and Zadar it is easy to visit most beautiful National Parks in Croatia like Plitvice lakes, Krka Waterfalls and Mountain Paklenica. It can be reach in just one or two hours driving.
