Mansikkaranta 1 is a traditional, but well-equipped holiday cabin situated on the shores of the beautiful Lake Pyhäjärvi, near the services of Pyhäsalmi. The cabin is located on a spacious and sunny grassy plot, providing plenty of space for outdoor activities and play. It is only 30 meters from Lake Pyhäjärvi, where a shallow, sandy-bottomed beach occasionally has some grass growth. A rowing boat is also available for use. The beach area is shared with the neighboring cabin (17149), and there is also a shared cooking hut between the cabins. The cooking hut is an excellent spot to spend the evenings, enjoying the company and grilling delicious food by the beautiful lake view. Pets are welcome in this cabin, so you can bring your beloved furry friends along to enjoy the holiday with the family. The log cabin includes the following spaces: Living room and kitchenette: The heart of the cabin, where you can spend time with family and friends while enjoying a cozy atmosphere. Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, each with two beds, offering comfortable sleeping spaces for four people. Loft: The loft features two low beds. The loft has a maximum height of 1.7 meters and steep stairs, making it best suited for children or young adults. Sauna and washing facilities: The cabin’s sauna area includes an electric sauna, washing room, and dressing room. Additionally, there is a separate WC in the cabin. Cooling terrace: A small terrace by the entrance offers a pleasant spot to cool off after the sauna and enjoy the fresh outdoor air. The cabin was built in 1990. It is located in a cabin area with a total of three cabins. The area also has a wood-heated lakeside sauna and a smoke sauna, which can be agreed with the owner. The cabin is in a peaceful location, but close to the services of Pyhäsalmi, making it convenient to take care of everyday needs. The surrounding area offers plenty to see and do, with opportunities for various activities in nature as well as local attractions. Nearby attractions: Vaskikellot Bell Collection/Café-Restaurant 4.8 km, ABC Service Station 4.8 km, Bowling Alley 700 m, swimming hall 1 km, golf course 6 km, illuminated ski trail 2 km (5 km long). Honkavuori Sports and Nature Center 10 km. Honkavuori offers excellent year-round sports and recreational opportunities, including outdoor trails, Frisbee golf, cross-country ski trails, a skiing area, jumps and sledding hills, and a nature observation tower.
