"Enjoy your morning coffee on the roof terrace and then sunbathe (south-east facing) or go to the nearby sandy beach to relax." The beach chair provides you with cosy sunshine even in the off-season. Of course, your four-legged friend is also welcome to stay with us, we also provide a suitable bed and water bowl/food bowl. (Your dog is welcome everywhere on the sandy beach in the low season, in the high season there is also a dog beach which is a nice walk away) Comfortable living elements and a 4K flat screen TV (incl. Sky) invite you to relax by the (gel/ethanol) stove. The bedroom also has a flat-screen TV incl. Sky. From both rooms you have a magnificent view of the sea. This holiday flat is ideal for families with young children, couples, dog owners, kitesurfers, windsurfers or those simply looking to relax. Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is also great on the Schlei and in the harbour. Pure relaxation...you can enjoy the view of the sea from your roof terrace or directly from the couch through the large glass windows. You can use a free underground parking space directly in the building and the lift will take you directly to your flat. There is a separate storage room for your bicycles. You also have free WLAN at your disposal.The large bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath, combined sauna & IR sauna will make your holiday an experience even in bad weather. Incidentally, infrared is not just something for us humans but is also suitable for dogs. For the bad days there is also a Playstation PS4 pro available, board games and books are of course also on site. For the nice ones there are also 2 bicycles for free use. A beautiful bedroom with a spacious box spring bed (1 double bed 180*200cm) offers a relaxed and restful sleep like in a hotel incl. flat screen TV. A baby travel cot is available. A very comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame & visco foam mattress in the living room (lying area 170x200cm) is suitable for 2 additional guests and you wake up with a direct view of the water. The flat has elegant, white double-glazed plastic windows with blackout blinds in the bedroom and living room.Pure relaxation...you can enjoy the view of the sea from your roof terrace or directly from the couch through the large glass windows. You can use a free underground car parking space and take the lift directly to the flat floor without barriers. There is a separate storage room for your bicycles. Free WLAN is also available.Important additional information: Please note: The flat is located in the newly built Baltic Sea resort. The neighbour's construction phase is not yet complete, so it is possible that there may be construction work during your stay. For this reason we have calculated reduced rental prices. Please understand that we cannot recognise subsequent complaints.The nearest beach in Port Olpenitz is only 300 metres away. Another 5km long sandy beach is about 800m away as the crow flies (but you drive/walk a little longer around the harbour). This has several beach sections (general bathing, nudism, windsurfing and kitesurfing and of course the dog beach). Catering is provided by a great restaurant, where there are also toilets.".
