The terrace of this wonderful apartment is the ideal place to start the day with a delicious breakfast. From here you can glimpse the blue of the sea before heading to the beach to spend an unforgettable day.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator and has been delicately decorated in a modern and serene style. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, dining table, AC (cold air only) and TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is open to the dining area and is equipped with a ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning (cold air only) and wardrobe. One of them has access to a small terrace. The extra space is accommodated in the sofa bed. The accommodation's bathroom has a shower. We can provide a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby but please note that there is no washing machine, iron or ironing board.

The quiet residential area of ​​Canyamel belongs to the municipality of Capdepera and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and with all the necessary services accessible such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The area's golf course is 7.2 km away. You cannot miss a visit to the Artà caves and the Canyamel tower. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
