This non-smoking studio, where pets are not allowed, offers you the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in a quiet, family atmosphere. The studio is located directly on the cycle path, in the immediate vicinity of a public car park, in a peaceful residential area.The holiday studio is located on the first floor of a detached house and is accessible via a separate staircase. In the hallway you will find access to the cosy bedroom and living room, which is furnished with a double bed and a fold-out couch. Further facilities include a satellite TV set, a radio with CD and alarm clock function and a mini-kitchen. This area has a fridge, a 2-ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and, of course, crockery. A small dining area offers space for 2-3 people. A modern bathroom with shower and WC completes the room.Outside, two wooden terraces invite you to enjoy the sunny days outdoors. Whether having breakfast, a barbecue or playing with the outdoor games provided - the cosy garden furniture guarantees pleasant hours in the open air. The entire property is enclosed, guaranteeing you privacy and peace and quiet.The beauty of the Wittow peninsula is right on your doorstep. Only one road separates the holiday studio from the Wieker Bodden with its attractive bathing area and excellent surfing and fishing opportunities. A short walk takes you to the harbour, where you can discover the historic chalk bridge, various restaurants, souvenir shops and the boatyard. The harbour is also the starting point for fishing trips, boat hire and trips to the island of Hiddensee.
