Duplex in Jávea bij Arenal Strand

The exteriors are communal, and it has large garden areas and a 40 x 20 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 2 m. It has a private area with a small garden, terrace and fully equipped porch. The apartment is a 130 m2 duplex and has four bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning, one on the ground floor with a double bed, and three on the 1st floor, 2 of them with two single beds each, and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one on the ground floor with a shower, and one on the 1st floor with a bathtub. The living room-kitchen-dining room is very cozy, it has a sofa, an armchair, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a table with chairs; The kitchen, in the same room and gas, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Jávea is a surprising city where you will be amazed by each of its corners, whether walking through the historic center admiring the large number of monuments, visiting one of its natural corners such as Cala de la Granadella or enjoying the route of the riu-raus, traditional Valencian buildings. Jávea offers a large number of cultural proposals such as the Moors and Christians festival, its museums or its patron saint festivals. You can also sit down to eat in some of its fantastic restaurants and bars. Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Jávea, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known beach and most frequented by bathers thanks to its very fine sand and shallow waters. As for the sport that you can ideally practice, diving is one of the best options, as is sailing or parasailing. On dry land, the best options are hiking through the Montgó Natural Park, tennis and golf. Pool open from June 1 to September 30. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
