The house is an ideal winter residence in order to flee the cold days in North and Central Europe. Prices on request. For all questions, wishes and suggestions the owner is of course available who speaks German and English and a bit of French and Portuguese. The house has 60 m² living space and has a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and large balcony that offers a splendid view of the landscape and far away ocean. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, fireplace and adjacent terrace as well as kitchen, a spacious hallway and bathroom. The delightful sandy beaches of Fuzeta and Fuzeta Island are around eight kilometres away like the typical port town Olhao from where you are able to reach the islands of Armona, Culatra or Farrol by ferry. Also worth planning are trips to Faro or Tavira, one of the most beautiful small towns along East Algarve. A car is recommended.
