These simple but practically equipped flats are located in a newly built house by the road leading to other places (Zuboviæi-Metajna), 6 km from the centre of Novalja, 250 m from the sea, with a beautiful view of the bay. New house with 4 apartments, one of which has air conditioning and its own terrace where you can spend many evenings and enjoy the beautiful view and is therefore a bit more expensive than the other one which has no terrace. All beaches are suitable for children and people with disabilities.
