The apartment is located in a newly built villa with pool with only two units, each with separate entrance, in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Badesi, surrounded by a 4000 square metre garden with olive, fig, lemon, orange, mandarin and almond trees.The sea with its 11 km long silver sandy beach, one of the longest in North Sardinia, is only 2500 metres from the house and is easily reachable also by bus which runs every half hour on the beach in summer. The apartment is 75 square metres large and consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living room with equipped kitchenette with everything necessary, large terrace with sea view and a bathroom with shower cubicle.the terrace with fantastic sea view is equipped with garden furniture, ideal to enjoy the sunset during dinner.the property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children.The village centre, restaurants, ice cream parlours, cafes, supermarkets, bank and pharmacy are only 400m from the house and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Badesi also has the advantage of being in an excellent position from where you can easily and quickly reach the most beautiful and interesting places (villages and towns) in the north of Sardinia. Such as Valledoria, Castellsardo, Alghero, Stintino, Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso, Santa Teresa and many others. Water sports lovers are also catered for, here you can practise windsurfing, kite surfing, diving, canoeing and many other sports.Villa Agnese is 2 km from the beautiful 8 km long sandy beach of Badesi. A bus runs to the beach every 30 minutes in the summer months from June to September. There is a surf school, swimming pool, bar and restaurants by the sea, but the main attraction is the beautiful long sandy beach. You will find a good diving school on Isola Rossa (6 km away).
