Villa located on the lakeshore with beach access The single-family, single-level ground floor villa is located on the shores of Lake Bracciano in a quiet location surrounded by a garden of about 1500 square metres, flat with private access to a small beach ideal for canoeists and those who practice water sports, fishing and swimming; on the property you can park your car free of charge.The Villa, elegantly furnished, consists of a living room with two sofas, four armchairs, six chairs, a dining table and a 43-inch television.
