The holiday flat is a three-minute walk from the picturesque village centre of Appenzell. All important localities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The property is a twenty-year-old flat in an apartment block. The spacious living room is the focal point of the bright flat, the reading corner invites you to relax, the modern kitchen and the two beautifully furnished bedrooms offer everything you need for a successful week's holiday. The flat has recently been partially renovated, so it looks like new and is normally used as the landlord's main residence. However, while it is rented out, you have the flat to yourself. The landlord's bedroom and bathroom are not available to you, but are not used during this time. These two rooms have not been included in the description of the holiday flat.
