This modern holiday house is in a perfect location: 30 meters from the beach in a beautiful fishing village, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, crystal clear sea, restaurants with fresh seafood. But it is at the same time just a 20 minute drive away from the buzzing town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot).In front of the house there is a large, furnished terrace, with a Mediterranean garden next to it with a bbq. Free public parking 45 m from the house, it is not possible to reach the property with the car. It has a brand new, modern and cozy interior. There is a huge terrace next to a mediteranian garden with a BBQ.The 75m² house comfortably fits seven people in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second offers one double bed plus one single bed. In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (for two persons). Furthermore, the house has a spacious, air-conditioned living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. It is just 20 minutes by car to Trogir, the tourist hotspot in the region.The whole house is all yours and no one else lives in it while you are there.
