A hallway leads to the large living room with integrated dining area and open-plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, satellite TV (flat screen 55 inch), DVD player, stereo system and telephone (Internet/WLAN included). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances (convection cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker etc.). The living rooms and bedrooms are laid out with laminate flooring and have new carpets. The newly renovated bathroom and the hallway have a tiled floor. The first bedroom (12m²) has a double bed (180 x 200) with two 7-zone single mattresses and a satellite TV (flat screen 32 inch) as well as a large sliding door wardrobe. The second bedroom (8m²) has a double bed (180 x 200) with two 7-zone single mattresses) and a wardrobe. From the hallway you reach a multi-purpose room with washing machine and dryer. The enclosed garden (south facing) with covered terrace with wooden tiles has a 4-seater rattan seating area, beach chair, parasol and sun loungers including barbecue. In front of the house there is a front garden, carport and another parking space.
